Statistical range: This database contains indicators on education (participation, graduation, expenditure, personnel, education system), science (expenditure, human ressources), culture and communication (cinema, newspapers, libraries, media) as well as literacy rates.
Periodicity / time series: All indicators provided are annaul figures and the time series go back as far as 1975 in some cases. Many time series are however incomplete.
Charges / registration: The database is free of charge and accessible without any prior registration.
