WIESBADEN – Roughly 267,900 overnight stays of visitors from Russia were recorded by the accommodation establishments in Germany in 2021. This figure accounts for 0.9% of the well over 31.0 million overnight stays of visitors from all over the world, according to the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis). The Russian Federation ranked 23rd in 2021 among the most frequent countries of origin of all the visitors from abroad.
