WIESBADEN –Turnover in the non-financial business economy in Germany continued to recover in July 2020. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) reports that the nominal (not price adjusted) turnover in July 2020 increased by a seasonally and calendar adjusted 1.9% compared with the previous month. Turnover has risen for the third consecutive month since its low point in April 2020 but is still 5.0% lower than in February 2020, the month before restrictions were imposed due to the corona pandemic in Germany.
