WIESBADEN – In 2018, the children and youth welfare institutions in Germany granted more educational assistance for young people under 27 than ever before. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that educational assistance was received in roughly 1,003,000 cases. This was an increase of just under 17,500 (+1.8%) on 2017.
