WIESBADEN – In 2018, the number of overnight stays on tourist camp-sites in Germany increased by 11.3% to 34.6 million, compared with the previous year. To mark the Caravan Salon trade fair, which will be held in Düsseldorf from 30 August to 8 September, the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that the number of overnight stays on tourist camp-sites has continued to increase since 2014.
