WIESBADEN – In 2016, professors at German universities (excluding medical institutions/university health sciences) raised third party funds of an average 258,000 euros. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) reports that this amount corresponded roughly to the level recorded in the previous year (-0.1%).
