WIESBADEN – In February 2016, a total of 188 people died in road traffic accidents. Based on provisional figures, the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that this was a decline of 14 people, or 6.9%, compared with February 2015. The number of persons injured was up 8.6% to roughly 24,500 year on year.
