WIESBADEN – In November 2015, the construction prices for conventionally constructed new residential buildings (construction work performed at the building; including turnover tax) in Germany were up 1.6% compared with November 2014. In August 2015, as reported by the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), the prices also increased 1.6% on a year earlier. Compared with August 2015, the prices for residential buildings rose up 0.2% in November 2015.
Concerning non-residential buildings, in November 2015, the prices were up 1.8% for office buildings compared with November 2014. For industrial buildings the prices rose up 1.6%. For road construction the prices rose 0.7% compared with the corresponding month of the preceding year.
